NOS – LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

In 2017 we were invited by the giant telecom NOS to develop a collaboration & Leadership workshop. This was developed, in partnership with Team Mais. We opted for a practical and experiential approach that allowed the approximately 38 participants a deeper understanding of leadership and collaboration in the work context. We based the exercises on the latest research in the field of leadership, empathy, emotional intelligence and collaboration.
